La dieta y el ejercicio parecen una forma l\u00f3gica de aumentar los niveles de testosterona de forma natural.<\/p>\n\n<p>Eso es exactamente lo que las noticias de fitness, la cultura popular de la salud y las industrias de la nutrici\u00f3n quieren que creas: que es una soluci\u00f3n sencilla. Los sujetos que segu\u00edan una dieta vegetariana ten\u00edan niveles de testosterona a\u00fan m\u00e1s bajos, con una media de 150 puntos menos que los que segu\u00edan una dieta basada en la carne.  <\/p>\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov\/33741447\/\">En <\/a><a href=\"https:\/\/pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov\/33741447\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">otro<\/a><a href=\"https:\/\/pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov\/33741447\/\"> estudio<\/a>, en el que participaron unos 3.000 hombres, se descubri\u00f3 que los sujetos que segu\u00edan una dieta alta en grasas ten\u00edan niveles de testosterona aproximadamente 30 puntos m\u00e1s altos que los que segu\u00edan dietas bajas en grasas. El fallo de este estudio es que ninguno de ellos fue sometido a pruebas de hipogonadismo cl\u00ednico (el t\u00e9rmino m\u00e9dico para la testosterona baja).<\/p>\n\n<p>Esa es una informaci\u00f3n \u00fatil: quiz\u00e1 una dieta baja en grasas no sea para ti. Sin embargo, la conclusi\u00f3n de que el aumento de la grasa en su dieta podr\u00eda resolver la baja testosterona cr\u00f3nica estaba lejos de ser apoyada por estudios como estos.
