Get Outdoors: Find 5K Races in Frisco

Exercise and a little time outdoors can do wonders for your emotional health and physical wellbeing, as well as help stabilize hormone levels.

Participating in one of the many 5-kilometer running events or races around Frisco is a great opportunity to put in 25-45 minutes of outdoor activity, hang out with other active people, get a great T-shirt, and possibly contribute to a great cause.

That’s a lot of positive benefit in a single morning.

Pictured are the legs of a pack of four runners dressed in running shorts and running shoes, who are running on an asphalt road. The picture is possibly a 5K race in Frisco.

Here’s a list of upcoming 5K races in the Frisco area.
